Unity standalone build removes PDB files from output folder
I'm building Unity project to standalone application and i'm setting output folder to my second (non Unity) application release folder. In this already existing folder I have some PDB files for my second application, but after succeed Unity build those PDB files are gone. It looks like Unity is for some reason removing this PDB files. Did anyone knows how can I prevent Unity from removing these PDB files?
EDIT: I've found one very interesting detail - if I link my second application AFTER Unity build to create PDB files again then Unity stops showing developer console in standalone player (Development Build watermark is still visible but console is not).

This is an old question... but I have exactly the same problem. I'm integrating a unity application in a larger project, using CMake. It works... but Unity.exe when building the Unity application deletes all the pdb in the build directory (where I build everything).

No, I didn't. There were more problems with Unity integration and we finally decided to use other 3d engine (Unigine).
