Spotlight cookie NOT working

Question

Not sure if this is possibly related to any bug but cannot get a spotlight cookie to work. I've followed these directions exactly http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/HOWTO-LightCookie.html

made sure texture type is set to 'Cookie' and also Alpha from grayscale is checked. A screen grab of my actual cookie TIF file is attached

I'musing Precomputed Realtime GI and my Spotlight is set to mixed with Shadows turned ON.

However nothing I do makes a difference...I cannot see the cookie.

Can any cookie experts help?

Here's me thinking I was the only one. Have you solved this issue? @eco_bach
