How do I stop Hinge Joints 2D from slipping?
Hello everyone, I have a character model that has some weapons attached to its side with hinge joints, so the weapons can rotate and point at the cursor. My model is capable of quite high jumps, but on landing, the anchor point of the hinges are slipping up the model. It looks like the force of the impact is knocking the anchor up the body, and eventually leaving the weapons on the side of the head. Is there any way to fix the anchor points of the hinges more firmly to the rigidbody? Things i have tried: Using friction joints (some success) changing solver iteration/velocity count (no difference) Other hinge types 2D (no help) Reduced mass etc of weapons (helped a little)
