How to fix a deformed Skinned Mesh Renderer?
Hello I am trying to use meshes from different assets on the same animator. They are from the same asset store studio (just different asset packs). They both render fine with their own animators. When I add the Son to the FBI animator, the Son deforms. I thought this could be due to having different bone names so I followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccAv4leoqZk&ab_channel=PhilT
Now the bones are perfectly aligned (as you can see). But the skin is too tight on the Son's body. It is not using his mesh properly and he looks like a stick man. What could be the cause of this odd bug? Video: https://i.gyazo.com/d9b4015e50cf7279c3438dbbb9f1670d.mp4
