Is there a way to play video on mobile but not fullscreen?

Hi, I can play a video on mobile using

 Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie (url, Color.black, FullScreenMovieControlMode.CancelOnInput);

I'd like to know if there is a way to play it the same way but not in fullscreen mode? Or at least how can I add button over this video?
