i am making a model and decided to place elevator in it but should put the elevator model in blender or inside unity engine

hi guys i want to ask your opinion as i am making model in blender engine and will export it to unity engine but i am new and the thing it confuses me that whether i put my model while making model or after the model is exported in unity , i am making a game so it will also moves thanks in advance
