Particle System not working properly on Android

I have particles emit from an object when you move it around. Emission rate is something like 50 and max particles is 250. This works perfectly fine in the editor and on my iPhone and iPad.

When I test on my Android, the particles are coming out MUCH slower. Like the emission rate is 3 or something. I'm really not sure how to debug this issue since it's only happening on Android.

Any one have an idea of whats going on? Any idea on how to debug this issue?
