Animator breaks ConfigurableJoint
For some reason, when I add an animator to my GameObject, the ConfigurableJoints in the objects children don't work properly. All the children get stuck inside the main body which the joints are attached to. The picture below shows how everything looks before I press Play. All the blue objects are attached to the center blue object with ConfigurableJoints and are setup so they are attracted to the center object. I am trying to achieve kind of like a magnetic effect.
After I press play, all the blue objects are stuck inside the main center object like shown in the picture:
