Configurable joints are "floaty" when within bounds,Configurable joints used in a chain are "floaty" when everything is within limits
I'm designing a flail for blade and sorcery and I'm using configurable joints to connect each chain link segment. So far, I have one joint going to the next link in the chain and one going back to the handle for stability. Overall it works great, the chain stays together and works mostly as you'd expect; however, when the flail head is close enough to the handle that all the links are within their limits, suddenly it starts to "float" as if it has barely any mass at all. For the life of me I can't understand why this would be the case. Below is my setup for the chain link joint. I can provide more information as necessary. I'm fairly new to unity and have only experienced it through blade and sorcery weapon making.
