Alembic or FBX animation rig from Maya and Marvelous Designer?,Alembic or rig animation from Maya 2020 with Marevlous Designer?

Hi everyone, I'm really confused with someone and after looking a lot in internet I dind't find a question so I'm asking here.

I made a character rig and animation in Maya, I exported the rig and animation (FBX) and it worked perfectly, but the cloth didn't work so well, so then I tried to export the alembic, and the cloth work fine, then I realized that the animation worked correctly for cloth and character in alembic together, so I don't know what to do, if export Animation rig character(FBX) and combine alembic cloth, or full alembic, I want to know what are the pros and cons of each one?
