It probably depends on if your game is using any online services. If yes, then you could maybe surround the calls with try-catch blocks to catch and handle the exceptions. In this way it won't probably still not run completely same like when you have internet, but at least you could play it without crashes...
I'm kinda new to unity and c# so i don't know much of what you are talking about but look, I just started a new project and i'm not using any online services but when i play the project it crashes even tho i didn't made any changes to the project.
Ok, then your Unity Project has maybe some Online features activated by default.
Try the following:
When you have opened your project in Unity, then look at top right at this "Cloud" Symbol. Click on it and you see a list of Services, which could need internet. So ensure, that all of them are off.
Then also would be good, if you could describe, what packages you are using (see Window/Package $$anonymous$$anager and in the Dropdown only select "In Project").
Also would be good to know, if you use any plugins or Asset-packages from the Asset-Store or so. $$anonymous$$aybe one of these needs internet connection.
And then of course last but not least (actually even the most important one^^), would be good, if you could share any error or warning-messages you see in the Console, when you start your project.
