Simulating a loss of internet connection
I am working on adding an offline mode to my app and I want to be able to simulate a loss of internet connection without having to disable my computer's internet connection. Is there a way to do this?
This seems like something that should be easy to do but I haven't been able to find any answers.
on what os? Also surely just turn wifi off if you want to simulate a loss of internet. There are tools that let you test different speeds like the Network Link Conditioner on OS X. But if you are trying to simulate no internet... just turn the internet off.
Alternatively. Do you have a firewall?
