How to keep a bounce solid
Im making a platforming game where one of the main mechanics is to jump on somethings head and it bounces you up. The problem is that when jumping continuously on his head, the jumps get higher and higher. This is a problem because if I jump on his head multiple times before touching the ground I fly off the screen. I want the character to be able to jump multiple times on this guys head, with all of these jumps being the same height. All I did to make this bounce mechanic was adding a 2d force with a bounciness of 1.5 to a collider. Could someone please help. (sorry if this was a bit confusing)
