player controls question

Hey guys, I'm making a space game and I need help with the controls. Im trying to replicate the controls and camera of the game war-thunder or freelancer but don't know how to approach it. Could someone tell me what scripts I'll would need and what they would do, I have experience with java but I can also do a bit of c,( not asking for anyone to do it)

I've searched for other questions related but couldn't find what I was looking for.
