High GPU usage when rendering a single image
I have a screen with a UI.RawImage showing a single static texture. I simplified the screen to only show that image and to never change it. Despite the triviality of this screen, in the iOS energy profiler I can see that GPU usage is around 80-90%, and the energy usage is reported between "High" and "Very high". Is there a way to reduce this kind of energy usage for this trivial use case?

Try lowering the resolution
Lowering the resolution improved the situation, now GPU usage is 50-60% but still very much in the "High" section of energy usage.
