Swarm of flies

Hello ,

I would like to make a swarm of flies for my game in the dumpster, something that looks like this: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/vfx/particles/swarm-of-flies-87341

I tried my first approach with particle system but it's not gonna work . What approaches do you suggest?
