Fps Arm moves fase

I'm makeing a fps I'v been looking at the fps example, but I attached the arm with gun model to my main camera but when I move the camera up and down the arm moves up and down 100000 times faster, how do I make the arm move with the main camera evenly?

You appear to have a ArgumentError. Please post the script.

If you remove the camera from your other object and just attach the gun and arm to the camera it should work

Then how is the camera suppose to move with the player?

It's automatic! That's why I use Unity, not XNA.

Dude it worked! Amazingly helpful:P but I was right the camera isn't following the player, should I give the camera the fps motor script? or is there something I'm missing again?

Is the Camera parented to the player?

remove any motion controlling script of the arm and gun just have it on the camera, then make the arm a child of the camera and it will move ever the camera moves.

Thats how it is now, but when I move the mouse up the arm goes up faster than the camera:/

that would not really make sense unless your your camera is a child of something else that has a pivot point somewhere else. Try taking a screenshot of your scene with the hirachy and show it to us. I feel like we are missing some info.
