How to change my editor skin on 2019.3.0b1??

I tried to change the editor skin in the personal version of unity2019.3.0b1. And while searching, I found this page. https://gist.github.com/instance-id/3046ad29bd8782a3b3398cd9ae48ca92 I think it ’s really good. However, I thought it would be cumbersome to start the editor and click on the menu bar item to change to Dark Mode. So, is there anyone who can change to Dark Mode at every startup?
