Gameobjects in background Jitter when player / camera moves in editor and build
I have a problem where gameobjects are jittery / have a disorienting effect (not exactly sure how to describe) when the player / camera moves. The camera is attached to the player. I've also tried a version where the camera is not attached to the player and follows but I still get the same effect. Currently I am using AddForce to the player (I've also tried MoveToward, changing velocity and translate) and still the jittery effect remains. I've put code in different Updates and have also changed Video settings (some I think have helped a little but hard to notice / problem still persists).
Some more context... I have been working on this with another developer, I use Windows and she uses a Mac. It is a 3D Unity project (although we mostly use it for 2D and a bit of 2.5D. Current Unity version is 2018.3.1
I am feeling pretty stumped. Can anyone help with this issue? I have looked at so many similar threads, tried many things but have not found the answer.
