CPU Time extremly high in scene with at least one collider
Hello Guys, I have a problem with Untiy that I never experienced before and I am helpless.
I have an empty scene in my project and it works just fine
The problem: If I add just one Collider into the scene the CPU usage of my pc goes to 100%

What I tried:
 - Restarting Unity
 - Restarting Pc
 - Reimporting all Assets
 - Different Version of Unity. 1. "2018.3.0f2" 2. "2019.1.0a13"
The problem does not depend on the version of unity used. This makes me believe that there is a problem with my project and not with unity.
I tried to fix this issue for the last two days but I am not able to resolve it.
