model 'flinch' or 'jerk' on hit
curious if this is possible or worth doing.
Is it possible to make a model flinch or move as if it had been impacted by something? For example a zombie running as a person, the person is shooting, and each bullet hit causes a very slight impact animation on that point of the model. disregard any effect it has on gameplay (zombie falls over if shot in knee, ect)

There are some quality asset packs on the store that provide this type of interaction with characters/enemies.
A quick/dirty setup could be a short twitch / hit reaction animation for the enemies in the four basic directions (front, back, left & right side).
Set up the animations to be additive and to trigger when the enemy is hit with bullets.
