Wrong default import settings for image asset

Hi

I have a few texture images inside my assets, but for some reason there are no texture import settings in my inspector window. Besides not being able to tweak import settings, it also prevents me from attaching it as a texture in a material. It looks like this, where the file is a PNG file (Clothes_Team_1_1.png), and opened as such if I double-click.

Using 2018.1.6f1
