Unity3d and eclipse
Hi I'm fairly new to game development but i was able to create a simple game in Unity. I was wondering what is the purpose of Eclipse. Can't i just simply output the game from Unity(giving i have the android build available) to android and then use the android sdk to upload it to the phone?
I think we might need it to configure for adding adwhirl support for our game. It can be implemented if we want to avoid prime33 plugin

Converted them to comments. I do not have power to delete. Aslo back when I signed up for Answers, if you had less than 15(not sure exactly) karma, you could not post comments. Not sure if it has been fixed. Could explain why just about everyone posts answers not comment when new to the site.

Eclipse is a software development environment that you can use to do your Android development with. There is no need to use it if are happy working with Unity and have set up the Android SDK. If you want to use Eclipse, then you will want to see this page.
