OnTriggerExit not called while transforming,trigger to trigger transform, onExitTrigger message not called

Created one script attached to 3 different triggers 1, 2 and 3 and added OnTriggerEnter and OnTriggerExit messages. Now, transform to trigger 1 through script where OnTriggerEnter for trigger 1 messages called. Transform from trigger 1 to trigger 2 using script, OnTriggerEnter for trigger 2 called but OnTriggerExit messages of trigger 1 unable called. Please suggest me how to call OnTriggerExit of trigger 1 while transforming from trigger to trigger OR how delete instantiation of trigger 1 when transform to trigger 2.
