Why does not the sphere have inertia?
I am trying to make a sphere bounce off a spinning block. But on contact with the block the sphere just stops at a position without bouncing off. My setup is shown in the image. I have simply scripted the block to rotate the block (along the axis perpendicular to the image plane) and added rigidbody component to both of them. The sphere falls when I play the game and the block rotates. But instead of the sphere just bouncing off(like a stone bounces off when it is thrown to a rotating fan) it just stops when it loses contact with the block. Can someone please give me a way to make the sphere bounce off ?Thanks.
