Error with exporting the project from Revit

I was trying to export the file from REVIT to Reflect, but I keep getting the message box with

"Can't export model: Unable to connect to a Unity Reflect Service."

I have no idea how I should react to this situation. Also, I tried to find out other cases through this "Ask A Question" Category, but I still didn't find a similar situation like this. So please help me out with anyone who knows how to control this issue! Thanks!
