Crossy road secret characters problem

I want to make my own Crossy Road and have unlockable secret characters and a prize machine. Do you know how I can code it so that you have to complete a certain action, then when you die you unlock a character and with the prize machine, you get 100 coins and then randomize the character you receive ?, please don't confuse me, I am not great at coding
