How to make a ship simulation system based on mathematical formulas
Hello everyone, I would like guidance on how to make a ship simulator based on mathematical formulas I have from a research paper. It has formulas for sea, weather and ship model behaviour as well.

That is a real wide question, could you be more specific?
Well first you can make a body of water and add your script to see how it reacts. Then add your ship with your ships script and see how it is effected by how the water is simulated.
I will do that, but where do I edit the attributes? Is it via script or by the Unity model editor?
Well I would think that it would be better to do through script. Especially when it comes to using equations. I myself would use a terrain mesh and mess around with the segments heights based on the equations you have. You would have to go a little more in depth though.
