Iphone downloadable content restrictions
It is my understanding that downloadable content is no longer an option with the latest developer license agreement for the iphone SDK.
See this article: http://www.develop-online.net/news/35823/Apple-reverses-dev-tool-lockout
Can anyone confirm this to be the case? Has anyone heard a different statement form apple? Is there a good workaround for larger games is asset bundles may not be downloaded? Will consumers care if games become bulkier so that levels may be purchased as in game content or will this negatively affect larger games? Do you think the consumer will stand for this because of great downloadable content in other games such as "TAP TAP Revenge"(like new songs)?

This article tells that downloadable CODE is not an option and actually it never was. You still can download 3D models, textures, sounds, etc.
Do you think apple would consider a scene to be loaded additively code?
