what is the Recovery GameObject ??

I upgrad my project to Unity2020.3 form Unity5.5. and then I can see many Recovery GameObject(xxxx) in scene. what is it and how to delete it?

This happens when you have a missing prefab or a gameobject with a missing script. Just deleting that should fix this for you.
