Bone length found in file is differn't then source

Ok, so i'm using the UFPS system, which already had a fairly complicated Animation Controller set up already. I then imported my mesh correctly, and setup my avatar/avatarmask's correctly. Now when i double click the state in mecanim (inside the animation controller) it shows me the animation clip with some errors. I would like to get rid of these.

All of the previous animations have various problems, such as:

LeftLeg Position Error Bone length in file is differn't then source Activate Translation DOF in avatar to improve retargeting And an error about hips not being hip

I am wondering how to get rid of these errors and actually retarged these animations to my new character. Any help would be great! Thanks
