Mecanim: 2D Blend Trees, Unable to Compute Positions.

I'm having trouble getting my animation I created in Blender to automatically to compute the positions with the animations provided. The model is a generic rig.

I was following the Unity:Stealth tutorial and upon the enemy set-up, it walks you through the setting up of the animation controller. However, while trying to set up my enemy following this video: http://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/projects/stealth/enemy-animator-controller ,for some reason, I can't seem to get any of the animations to compute.

I suspect it has something to do with the root motion.
