My Capsule Collider Seems To 'Drop' During Runtime
Two screenshots. Here is my setup in the editor:
Here's what happens during runtime:
It seems like the capsule collider 'drops' during runtime, causing my character (controlled via Mecanim) to be in a constant 'falling' state. Has anyone who's encountered this know of a fix?
I don't know if this matters but i will tell you, this happened to me while working with unity in 2D. does the collider still drop if you uncheck the animator component? If it doesn't then i suspect you did what i did and somehow animated the gameObject that the animator component is on. If that is your problem then you need to delete the keys that are on that gameObject's animation. Hopefully this is your problem because its not that hard to fix, but if not good luck.
Are you changing collider during animation? I didn't work with mecanim, but I saw tutorials and there collider was animated too. So for jump anim you should make collider smaller and move it up.
