Unity Editor stuck on startup, any solution? (ProjectBrowser.OnGUI.repaint)

Screenshot error

I think the problem was because internet connection, because my internet connection was slow at first time i open the project there was an error, i ignore it. And after i open the second time, it become like the screenshot.

Open a new unity project, connect to Plastic SCM, then close Then open the old project where you had the problem and it should work!
