Can't move/see Hinge Joint 2D anchor

I know this is an issue that's been addressed before, but none of the solutions seem to work for me. I'm trying to use a hingejoint 2D on Unity 2020.1.6f, but adjusting the anchor position in the inspector doesn't seem to be doing anything. I also do not see the green circle that should be appearing to define the limits when I try to edit the limits. I've enabled the joint in Gizmos, tried finding references in Scene, and checking "use Limits," to no avail.

Any help on how I can fix this issue is appreciated.
