What is the best way to produce local notifications for Windows UWP in 2020?
Previously, it seems that UTNotificaitons (3rd party) package was one of the most popular options out there. It's a bit old though (2015).
But last year Unity launched the official Mobile Notifications package supporting IOS and Android. So far it seems to have been well received in the community.
But there is not much out there that talks about UWP. Is UWP going to be supported by the official package anytime soon? If not, what is the best alternative in 2020? Should I go with UTNotifications for everything instead (given that it covers every single platform)? How would you go about this? If I wanted to implement it on my own, any leads on how to do it? Any help/advice would be very much appreciated.
