How do I open my project?

Question

Whenever I try to open a new project in my new empty folder I made for the game, it gives me this error alt text

What should i do to fix it?? I tried all the options and none work

Hey Mate! Can you supply a screenshot of your folder and what it contains at "C:/Porgram Files/Unity/Hub/Editor/2020.3.25f1/Editor/Data/Resources/PackageManager/Server"

Have you tried downloading the newest unity version?
