3D Unity game crash more often on QUALCOMM snapdragon CPU Android devices, true?
3D game made with Unity3D seems to randomly crash more often on QUALCOMM Snapdragon CPU-based Android phone/pad (than Android devices with other CPUs), is this the case?
Example: G14, XIAOMI, Moto Defy+ Suspects: Qualcomm Snapdragon CPUs, MSM8260, MSM8660, etc.
While Samsung devices seem to crash less often.

Unity has an excellent relationship with Qualcomm. There's no reason for Unity games to crash more on Snapdragon CPUs. If you have test data that shows crashes on Snapdragon but not on other devices please submit a bug report from the editor and include a project. If you have access to devices that you think our QA team may not have access to, please submit a bug report and offer to send devices to them.
Thank you Graham for your quick answer!
The game I mentioned to crash often on certain devices is actually our $$anonymous$$onster game currently in open-beta testing. You may get the apk from this url: http://softfile.3g.qq.com/android_new/761/588761/616094/gwdzz_20120831_22h41m_release_2002.apk
Unfortunately the game is currently using Chinese character only and may require QQ-login to play, so I am not sure if your QA $$anonymous$$m has access to the gameplay/content.
Simply from 1 player feedback thread on our forum (http://sy.gamebbs.qq.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=64863&extra=page%3D1) we gather a list of the following devices demostrating frequent crash/reboot. - $$anonymous$$EIZU $$anonymous$$9 (http://en.meizu.com/products/m9fun.html) - $$anonymous$$I-ONE Plus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xiaomi_$$anonymous$$I-One) - HTC Sensation (G14) - $$anonymous$$OTO Defy $$anonymous$$E525 - Samsung GALAXY Tab2 P3110
