UnityPluginLoad is not automatically called

Hi, fellow developers, I downloaded Unity XR SDK from XR SDK and opened example project. Unfortunately, I found UnityPluginLoad does not automatically called when using xxx.so on Android while working completely fine(automatically called) on OSX. What should I do to make UnityPluginLoad function automatically called on Android. Many Thanks.
