Custom Post Process effect is not working in URP.

I'm trying to figure out why Post Processing is not working in URP. In this case, I'm making a custom post process effect following official doc of Unity and also this tutorial:

When I add an effect to my post process volume, anything happens. At this point, I still haven't found a solution...but maybe Post Processing stack v2 doesn't work with URP. My unity version is 2020.3.12. Thanks in advance!
