Trying to get my generic gamepad from logitech to connect with unity. I went to input but keep getting confused with the layout. We have cross hairs in our game, but I cant seem to control them, only with the mouse?

I try to change the setting in input to configure my f310 Logitech gamepad to work in our game. Iam getting confused with the interface and having a hard time assigning analog sticks to cross hair movement instead of the mouse. Ive got the jump and the fire button working, I had w,a,s,d, working with D pad, but know Iam just frustrated with not getting the analog stick to do the cross hair movement,,,any help would be awesome!! _Carl
