Unable to activate Personel Lisence
Unity Hub 3.0.0 getting a "Free personel lisence" fails with error: "There was a problem activating a new personel lisence. Make sure you are logged in, and have internet connection." I am logged in and i have internet connection. I tried it again 1 day later and it failed again. My account is new and doesn't have any activated license. "Activate with lisence request" option also fails with error: "Unable to save license." Is there another way to get a free personel license?
Try on the website rather than the hub? I think there is an option for that here.
I swithed to linux and it works. I guess its a bug with the windows version.
Unity hub 3.0.1 also have the same issue
I solved this problem. If you are using mac OS, First, Close the unity hub(system close). Second, Open the terminal. Third, type this : -sudo "your unity hub location" in my case -sudo "/Applications/Unity Hub/Contents/MacOs/Unity Hub Fourth. Add personal license.
if you are using Windows, Run unity hub as administrator.
This does not seem to fix the issue on my pc. I am not sure if there is another way for activation as i have tried to even do the offline activation as well.
