Material with scroll mask doesn't work?

Hi, I try to make scene with were player can choose level of game. I want levels show as little rectangles that can be scrolled up and down. I'm using "Scroll Rect" and "Mask" components. Every seems to work fine until I add material on scrolled image. I'm using universal render pipeline with bloom effect. But probably it's not cause of bloom cause even if i unable this effect it still doesnt work. It's all about that material. Picture might show better what is going on: alt text
