How to launch the player a set distance in the direction of the mouse?
Hello! I am trying to recreate the Bash ability from Ori and the Blind Forest. I have currently combined the code from these two tutorials (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gL96nBadSXI, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-wIjP4Pg0U) but I realised that there is a missing part of the mechanic.
It doesn't launch the player in the direction of the mouse but it places the player a small distance away from the object in the direction of the mouse while it launches the object in the opposite direction.
What I want to do is when the player releases right-click, launch the player in the direction of the mouse at a set distance at a very fast speed for a brief moment like in Ori.
This is what I'm trying to recreate for those that don't know the Bash ability from Ori: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTksBJeoa1A
