Unity3d HDRP problem with light,Unity3d HDRP light broken when I used appplication.loadlevel

I used Unity 2020.2.3f1 HDRP
Everything works when I start the game
But when the character dies and the level is reset

The map is made with a bulider and most objects are static I use occulusion to make the game run smoother The lights are switch on realtime
