Tree Problem - tree model turned white
Hi All
I have been placing set dressing in my scene for the last few days. I was navigating around my viewport and it seems that One of the trees, whichI have a many duplicates of, is now broken.
Firstly does anyone know how to fix this?
and secondly, to speed things up, is there a way of selecting all the broken trees and switching them out for another tree model that does work? Any help would be awesome.

fog off and regeneration tree texture
$$anonymous$$e too, this work :D. A little bit annoying having to regenerate textures but unless you have to do this on more than 10 diferent tree you can do it within 5 $$anonymous$$ and you are ok!

I know I'm coming to the party late, but I just had this problem a little while ago and it fixed itself when I turned off DirectX11...I know, weird right? I have no idea what caused the issue in the first place, but that was the fix I came up with.
As far as I can tell, it has something to do with the way the tree creator generates what it calls optimized textures. Still doesn't explain why disabling DirectX11 fixes it though.

Regarding white trees :
Have you checked the material and shader that is part of the tree? Chances are you may have imported a shader or material that has overwritten the original.
Regarding replacing existing trees :
Click on the tree tab in the terrain inspector , select the tree that you want to replace, then click the Edit Trees button and select Edit Tree. Now change the tree for the one you want to replace it with.
Hi.Nothing happens. They stay white. I might add that I have tried clearing lightmaps, turning off fog and Rebaking, reimporting all.
Tried something darker for gloss? And what happens if you adjust the main colour?
Do you want alpha to be transparency?
To be honest I thought the trees looked good, but I then I noticed the ones next to it :)
Is your alpha channel set to green?
I really think its a problem with your tree prefab, not lightmaps or render settings.
For example : open a new scene, and drag and drop the tree into the hierarchy. Now select the tree, and look in the inspector.
does the mesh renderer have 2 materials (for bark and leaves)?
does the bark material have a Nature > Tree Soft Occlusion Bark shader?
does the leaf material have a Nature > Tree Soft Occlusion Leaves shader?
are the textures for both materials correct?
You can also check simply by clicking on the tree in the project window, then looking in the inspector.
looking at the image, the bark looks fine, its just the leaves
I just tried it. Its Gloss. Set Gloss to none and see what happens. I tried different textures and they made my tree go white.

I have the exact same problem, if i delete the tree creator asset and reimported it works fine for some minutes but after a while (i dont know what triggers that) they turn white gray again
