IOException : Failed to Move File / Directory
So all you have to do to fix is go to Build Settings then click build and run, once it asks you for the folder just put it in desktop, then go to files > your game > Temp then delete your previous build and the StagingArea, and then go back to unity > build settings > build and run and put the build in the Temp file and its fixed.
