Can Anyone Recommend an Android Emulator?

Question

Can anyone recommend an Android emulator that will:

Run on an AMD platform
Will run on Win7
Compatible with ARM
Will run with only 2 gigs of memory

Thanks! Have tried: Andy, BlueStacks, Genymotion, koplayer, memu, nox, windroy, and Youwave. Most stopped responding, Youwave is not compatible with ARM.
