Do i have to implement a popup to let the user aggree with Unity's privacy policy
Recently i got a message from google that users of adsense and similar cookie based ad services have to implement a popup in their apps so the user actively has to aggree to the privacy policy of adsense or similar services.
read up here: https://www.cookiechoices.org/
So i wonder if i also have to implement this kinda popup into my apps since i am using unity for delivering ads through my apps.
The following link also states that this also includes other types of data mining like device identifiers and so on.
So when a user of my app requests an ad from unity through my app, do i also have to implement that popup so the user has to actively aggree on unity's privacy policy?
Just checking, you mean you're using the tool "Unity Ads" in your game? You don't really say that anywhere.

Honestly, you really don't want to ask developers legal questions. No matter what answer you get here, it won't hold up in court if you're misinformed. I would contact Google directly about it, and if you can't get ahold of them, then talk to your lawyer. The last thing you want is to be sued for wrong advice from an armchair lawyer.
