How do i remove the launcher that pops up when running the game?

How would i do this?

Disable the resolution dialog:

On the top bar click 'file'
click 'build settings'
click 'player settings'
click 'resolution and presentation'
disable 'display resolution dialog' for each platform you desire it to not be on
